• All the products are undergo quality check inspection and shipped. Something manual errors may occurs, and this happens rarely.
• Once parcel received make parcel opening video issue must be clearly shown in video without any pause or cut. It should be reported to us with 24Hours of receiving parcel.
• Small issues like thread pulls, removable stains In sprints, issued stitched, overlap prints will not be considered as damage. In handlooms itself it may occurs.
• Make sure about your Measurement(Size) before placing the order, return will not be accepted for Measurement(Size)  issues. If you are not sure about your Measurement(Size) , please go for next size. Always verify size chart and measurements given in description. Measurement will may vary for each product/brand.
• Slight color variation may occurs due to digital photography. Return will not be accepted for slight color difference. We always try to match exact color of the product, if may vary according to your monitor settings in mobile/computer or any other device.
• All the return items must be unused, unwashed and packing. If return items has any stains body odours, perfume, damages or water stains we will not accept the items for return.
